Please stop sending me a letter every other day. It's driving me mad.

No, I will not come back from N. Ireland with a wife. I'm going to do my duty and protect the people, not pick up birds! and I don't want any, anyway.

I think I've been kidnapped. Thought you should know.

All's going well on leave. Sorry I didn't return home on schedule, but I got a bit sidetracked. I'm meeting new people, seeing new places, really getting out there! I promise I'll be back in two days. Then we'll go to that show you keep writing about.
