You say that as if it is a bad thing. Children are easy to train, easy to teach. Think of the possibilities if you could take someone and train them exactly the way you wanted. So that when you needed them...they would do what they were supposed to do.

Better than a soldier.

Of course, it's not argument for the sake of argument. I'm going to see what can be done with him.

But Sylar is quiet for now. And that's my main priority.
