086 - BITCHY INFIRMARY POST

The Wardens are absolutely out of control. How on Earth do you justify ambushing an Inmate who has just been shot by another Warden? Do you think we Inmates will idly sit here while this flagrant abuse of your position continues?

Oh, who am I kidding? Of course we will.

Anyway, if anybody needs me, I'll be in the Infirmary getting the new hole in my leg stitched up. You can thank the Wardens for that one, too.

[OOC: Following this fight. West has been punched in the face several times, stabbed in the thigh, above the knee, and lightly slashed across his abdomen. He looks SO SEXY RIGHT NOW. And he brought it upon himself. ANYWAY, if you want to visit with him, just action spam the post.]

[The infirmary door pushes open and in steps Billy, who has prepared himself well by hijacking a bunch of grapes from the kitchen. He winces as he sees West, before smiling and heading over to him.]

Hey!

[Should he lean in for a kiss now? Is this an appropriate time to kiss your boyfriend? Would it be awkward to kiss over grievous bodily harm? Would West want to be cheered up via the medium of kissing?]

That? Looks really painful. How are you feeling?

[Billy wusses out and hands West the grapes instead.]

Hello.

[For a split second, West is thrilled to see Billy-- but then he's embarrassed, since he was forced into a hospital gown to keep the stab wound exposed, so now he feels utterly ridiculous. Still, he smiles and accepts the grapes, looking at them curiously]

It is, but at least it's been cleaned and stitched up, so...

[He takes a grape and pops it into his mouth, the holds it out for Billy to take one. Then, he stares at Billy for a moment, reaches out to pull his boyfriend down to his level, and quickly gives him a peck of a kiss]

[And now Billy's just grinning like a big dork, which is not a good thing to be doing when your boyfriend is in a hospital bed, so he tries to stop, but he just can't.]

Uh, you're welcome. I don't know, I would have brought you something better, but... uh, grapes just seemed, traditional?

[He finally manages to stop himself from grinning long enough to put together an expression of concern as he gets a closer look at Wests injuries.]

So what happened? I guess you were helping Charlie out?

They're fine, Billy. I enjoy... [He realises that this is sort of an odd topic of conversation, and hesitates briefly] grapes.

Mmhm. After the mad warden who looks like the Master shot him, I attempted to clean out his wound and staunch the bleeding. And that was when [He rolls his eyes, feeling a bit petulant since... well, he's just been injured and the painkillers have worn off] our resident vigilante decided to strike. As though attacking an injured man makes a point.
